For this private residence in Amersfoort, Studio Veldsla managed the complete renovation, from layout design and material selection to a custom-designed bathroom and full project management.
Project highlights;
Optimized layout: We reimagined the entire floor plan. The kitchen was relocated to the opposite side of the living area, creating a more logical and spacious flow throughout the home.
Top floor transformation: All internal walls on the upper level were removed to create a loft-like retreat for the adults, featuring an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated space for a daily yoga routine.
Bespoke bathroom design: Tailored to the space with high-quality finishes and a calm, modern aesthetic.
Thoughtful use of colour and materials: Based on a moodboard concept of a modern cocoon with an Art Deco–inspired colour palette, soft curves, rich tones, and tactile textures, combined with a light & bright ambiance.
Turnkey project management: Studio Veldsla oversaw every aspect of the renovation, ensuring a smooth and cohesive process from concept to completion.
Modern comfort: The home is now equipped with underfloor heating and all contemporary conveniences, seamlessly integrated into a stylish and serene interior.
